Cancellation Policy
I offer a 10-minute grace period. After 10 minutes, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled.
All no-show appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service that was booked. Unpaid fees will not be able to book until fee is paid!
I require 24 hours notice of any cancellations. All cancellations after the 24 hour period will be charged a 40% cancellation fee of the service that was booked. Unpaid fees will not be able to book until fee is paid!
